Can you freeze eggs?

Dear Erica,
You cannot freeze eggs in their shells. You can however freeze egg whites and yolks. You can store them together or separately. It is best to do so in small quanities. You can also freeze hard boiled egg yolks but the hard boiled egg whites do not freeze well at all.
