Betsy
Bowen's Bio
Betsy Bowen was born in Knightsbridge, England, and is a graduate
of the London Institute of Culinary Arts. After graduating,
she spent nearly 14 years working in many of London's
finest restaurants and hotels, including a three year stint
as executive chef at the London Four Seasons.
In 1998 Betsy and her family moved to the U.S. where she spends
her time writing and researching food and restaurants for numerous
food and women's magazines. Betsy, her husband, two children
and their sheepdog "Piccolo" live near Hartford,
Connecticut.
