Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
1 pound [454 g] large mushrooms
4 slices bacon, diced
2 tablespoons [30 mL] butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup [60 mL] freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup [60 mL] breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper

Preparation:
Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth.
Delicately remove stems; reserve both, stems and caps.
Finely mince stems; reserve.
Cook bacon dices until crunchy.
In a food processor, mix together butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced mushroom Stems and bacon dices.
Puree mixture.
Salt and pepper.
Stuff mushroom caps with Mixture; arrange onto a greased or oil-sprayed baking sheet.
Broil to brown, fast.
Serve.
